Anarchy 16 Tattoo offers professional tattooing and piercing services, ensuring compliance with all regulations and licenses issued by local health authorities in New Jersey, as well as any other applicable tattoo and piercing regulations. Our experienced artists provide services tailored to individual client preferences.

Booking Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. To confirm your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit may be required, which will be applied toward the final cost of your service. If you need to reschedule due to a medical or force majeure reason, the deposit may be transferred at our discretion.

Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We use disposable equipment whenever possible, and any reusable instruments are sterilized using methods approved by local health authorities (e.g., autoclave). Clients are required to disclose any health issues, allergies, or medications before receiving services. We strongly recommend consulting a physician if you have any medical conditions that may affect your healing process.

Age Requirements
In accordance with New Jersey law, we do not provide tattoos to anyone under 18, even with parental consent. For piercings, minors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide consent, along with official documentation confirming guardianship.

Pricing and Payments
Our pricing varies based on the size, difficulty, and placement of the tattoo or piercing. Detailed quotes are provided during the initial consultation. Payment is due upon the end of the service, and we accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Clients acknowledge that deposits are nonrefundable and shall not initiate chargebacks for these amounts, except in extraordinary circumstances agreed upon by both parties.

Refunds and Cancellations
Down payments (deposits) are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit. Refunds for unsatisfactory services are evaluated individually.

Consent and Artwork
Clients must provide informed consent before any procedure, signing a form that outlines potential risks including possible infections or allergic reactions. Custom designs are developed in collaboration with the client and must be approved before the session begins.

Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs created by our artists remain their property. Clients are prohibited from copying or using the designs for commercial purposes without prior permission from the artist. With the client’s written consent, Anarchy 16 Tattoo may photograph the tattoo or piercing for promotional materials or social media.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by our artists. Failure to do so may result in complications for which we are not responsible. Any concerns or issues post-service should be reported promptly.

Limitation of Liability
Anarchy 16 Tattoo is not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or any other adverse effects resulting from our services. By signing the informed consent, the client acknowledges these inherent risks and releases Anarchy 16 Tattoo from liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you agree to our data handling practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The client expressly agrees to settle disputes via arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and understood in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.

Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers

From time to time, Anarchy 16 Tattoo may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers, including but not limited to Free Quote promotions, Gift Card discounts, and limited‑time campaigns.

-Free Quote Promotion

The 20% OFF Free Quote promotion applies only to the client’s first tattoo session.

If a tattoo requires multiple sessions, all additional sessions will be charged at the regular rate.

-Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

Discounted gift cards and promotional offers cannot be combined with other active promotions, including Free Quote discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Only one promotion or discount may be applied per client and per session.

-Non‑Cumulative Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and special offers are not cumulative.

If a client qualifies for more than one promotion (for example, a Free Quote discount and a discounted gift card), the client must choose which promotion to apply, and no additional discounts will be combined.

Modification of Promotions

Anarchy 16 Tattoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Eligibility and conditions are determined at the sole discretion of the studio.
